Biography

Nina is a Integrative Psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP and NCS, who works remotely with adults

Since opening the doors of her private practice, Nina has provided clients with a wide range of psychological services with integrity and compassion.  Working within the Integrative Approach enables her to be flexible and allows her to utilise a range of methods of working, to suit the individual needs of clients.   

Nina offers a counselling service where the therapeutic relationship will enable you to be heard and supported to find your way through the journey of life.  Nina believes that having personal therapy at certain times in our lives, particularly when we need to get clarity or acceptance at the things life can throw at us, is a must for emotional balance.   Through counselling, Nina offers clients the ability to process incidents from your past that may well still be affecting you in the here and now.  She can help you to look at and deal with the fears and anxiety of what life may bring.   Whether it is grief, trauma, relationships or just the problems of life, Nina offers a safe and confidential space to work through and process your difficulties.  In this way, she can assist you to move forward and be free to enjoy the present and the future.

Nina specialises in trauma counselling, working with past and present trauma, addictive behaviours and general emotional well-being.

Diploma in Anger Management Facilitation
Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills
Certificate in Online & Telephone Counselling 

Member of British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
Accredited member of National Counselling Society (NCS)
